The story of LAMP began with one CRNA and one SRNA sharing a meal. As more SRNAs joined, those conversations grew into regular gatherings and, eventually, a community.

 

Those early gatherings created a place for SRNAs to ask questions, share challenges, celebrate victories, and connect with others who understood their journey. That same sense of connection continues to guide LAMP today.

 

LAMP exists to support SRNAs from backgrounds underrepresented in nurse anesthesia with mentorship, community, and resources throughout their education. As LAMP grows, we remain committed to preserving the connection at the heart of those early gatherings.
